You’ll note that there is no selection for specifying your inseam (pant length) on the SHOP page. This is because the mass amount of data that I’ve collected over the years from making jeans for tall guys revealed something remarkable:
Most tall men have no idea what inseam they should ask for.
Because we tall guys typically buy whatever we can get (the longest pair we can find, be it 34″ or even 36″), we have little or no experience with what specific inseam looks best on us. The measurements that I’ve collected over the years show very clear correlations between a man’s body height and the appropriate inseam. For example, I stand 6’6″ tall and my inseam is 39″ (that’s what I wear in the photos on this website). Based upon traditional shopping experiences alone, I would never have known this because 39″ inseams are just not available.
So, rather than ask a question many men may not know the answer to (inseam), I ask body height (everyone knows this) and then I do a lookup in my size tables and match the appropriate inseam.
